Q. How do I enter the Giveaway?

A) App holders who enter their Member ID number onto the campaign registration form (google form) during the campaign period are entered to win (Campaign period is Wednesday 5/01/2024 - Wednesday 5/15/2024).

Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?

A) Four (4) winners will be selected by UNIQLO Canada in the third week of May 2024. The winner will be notified by app push notification, and the winner will need to fill out a Google form sent through app push and fill out their mailing address and phone number. App push notifications need to be turned on in order to receive the Giveaway prize. Winner will receive their prize within 2-3 weeks from the date shipping information is confirmed.

Q. What if I win the Giveaway but do not want the UT Collection?

A) Please inform UNIQLO Canada customer service.

Q. Am I permitted to select my Giveaway prize?

A) No - the products being awarded as prizes are identical and non-negotiable.

Q. Do I have to enable push notifications for the UNIQLO app?

A) Yes, please turn on push notifications to ensure you are notified if you are selected as a winner
