About Order Status
Applicable Only to Uniqlo Canada
To check your online order status, log in to your online account on our UNIQLO website/ UNIQLO App.

Once login, click the [HUMAN] icon on the top banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY].
UNIQLO App
You may click [MEMBERSHIP] on the bottom banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY].
Home delivery
You may track the parcel delivery status on the carrier's website once the tracking number is sent to your email address (We will email you your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.)
*Please note that UNIQLO cannot control delivery times as they are directly established by our carriers. Any delays in delivery after a package has been picked up from our warehouse are a direct result of our carrier's operations.
Store pick up
Click & Collect online orders will be delivered to our store from fulfillment centers. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in [ORDER HISTORY] will update as [Ready for pickup].
