Tracking will be visible within 24 hours from when your order has left our fulfillment center. To track your order, Click 'TRACK MY ORDER' and enter your tacking number on one of our carriers sites. Be sure to confirm which carrier is delivering your order. Find this information in the Shipment Confirmed email.
Q. How do I enter the Giveaway? A) App holders who enter their Member ID number, email and full name onto the campaign registration form (google form) during the campaign period are entered to win (Campaign period is Monday 3/25/2024 - Sunday 4/292024). Please note that the Campaign will be excluding Quebec residents for this time.
Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway? A) One (1) winner will be selected by UNIQLO Canada in the first week of May 2024. The winner will be notified by app push notification, and the winner will need to fill out a Google form sent through app push and fill out their mailing address and phone number. App push notifications need to be turned on in order to receive the Giveaway prize. Prizes will be shipped to customers upon receipt of the above information via FedEx.
