When and Where is The Collection Launching?
This collection will launch in Canada August 22nd both online and in store. ALL stores across Canada will be carrying this exclusive collection.

*Please note, there will be very limited stock as this is an exclusive collection.
*Customers looking to purchase KAWS x Andy Warhol collection items in store will be required to wait in a separate queue.

How Many Items Are Launching in This Collection?
There will be a total of 15 different items available in Canada. We will be launching two (2) Coach Jackets, four (4) UT Shirts,  two (2) Sweatshirts, two (2) Sweatpants and four (4) socks in Kids and Adult Sizes. There will also be an Artbook available for purchase!

What Sizes Will be Available?
Adult sizes available range from XXS - XXL
Kids sizes available range from 3Y - 13Y

When Can I Expect My Online Order To Arrive?
Due to the high volume of orders for KAWS x Andy Warhol, please expect a delivery delay after your order has been placed. Customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been picked up by FedEx.

Can Customer Service place an order for me?
No, our Customer Service team is not able to place orders for customers. 

Will There be Restock of Any Items?
This is an exclusive collection, once stock runs out the collection we cannot guarantee there will be any restock. Stay tuned on our app and social media for more details!

Are Items From The KAWS x Andy Warhol Collection Final Sale?
The KAWS x Andy Warhol Artbook is final sale. The UT items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days! Check out our Return Policy to see if your item qualifies for a return or exchange!
*Exchanges for KAWS x Andy Warhol items cannot be guaranteed as stock might be unavailable.

Can I use "Pay-In-Store" for the KAWS Collection?
Yes, Pay-in-Store will be available. Payment must be completed at your selected UNIQLO store within 60 minutes of order placement. If payment is not completed within 60 minutes of order placement, the order will be automatically canceled. Pay-in-store option does not hold items beyond 60 minutes. All items are shipped from our fulfillment centers. All returns for Pay-In-Store orders can be brought and processed at any store in Canada. For more "Pay-in-Store" Guidelines, click here!

What Happens If I Think My KAWS x Andy Warhol Item is Damaged?

Online Purchases: Please contact our Customer Service Team and they can assist with returning the item for a refund. We are not able to reship items if damaged due to limited stock.

Store Purchases: Please visit your local Uniqlo store and speak to a store manager. They will do a quality assurance check on the item and may provide solutions if possible!
