Q. How can I exchange my online order?

At this time we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse.

However, you may visit your nearest UNIQLO Canada store to arrange an exchange for items in your online order. See details below:
  • Exchange validity is within 30 days after delivery date.
  • Please bring all the documents with you (return form & Packing slip). If no return form or receipt, unfortunately your exchange request will be denied. 
  • Please note that all merchandise must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed) and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. 
  • Exchanges are accepted at the store staff's discretion and decisions are final.
  • Exchanges can be for the same item (different size or colour) or a different item of equal value.
  • Exchanges can be done for items of greater value with additional payment. 
  • Uniqlo stores cannot process an exchange for an item of lesser value. 
  • If exchanging a Limited Offer item for a different size or colour, stores will honour the Limited offer price (even if the Limited Offer period is over). 
If the item you want is not available, there are two options:  
  • You may exchange this for a different item that is available at the store
  • Return your items via postal mail to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size or color. For information on how to create a prepaid FedEx shipping label, please click here.
The following items cannot be exchanged/refunded for hygienic purposes and per our Return/Exchange policy:
  • AIRism mask
  • Any opened packaged items (all sealed items by paper packaging or plastic packaging)
  • Items that have been sent to alteration
  • Items that have been washed or used
  • Items without price tags/care tags attached to the item
  • Items sold on sale* or discounted prices can only be exchanged and not refunded
  • Items sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale
*Discount prices include the following:
  • All items on Sale, indicated when price is listed in RED are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for exchange at store locations.
  • All items on Limited Offer. Limited Offer items purchased In-Store are eligible for refund or an exchange at store locations. Limited Offer items purchased online are eligible for an exchange in-store or refund by returning it to our warehouse. Stores will not process refunds for items purchased online. If exchanging a Limited Offer item for a different size or colour, stores will honour the Limited offer price (even if the Limited Offer period is over). 
  • All items placed on Mark Down. Mark down items are sale items that are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for exchange at store locations.
