Pay-In-Store is back!
What is Pay-in-Store?
Customer can now place the order online and either pay online, or select a store where they would like to complete the payment.
Is There a Deadline for Payment?
Payment must be completed at your selected UNIQLO store within 60 minutes of order placement. If payment is not completed within 60 minutes of order placement, the order will be automatically canceled.
What Payment Methods do You Accept for Pay-in-Store?
We recommend customers to use a credit card for Pay-In-Store transactions. Please note, we do not accept PayPal as a form of payment in store.
How to Place Order Using Pay-in-Store?
1) Add your desired item(s) to your cart and select [Pay In Store] as your payment method on the Checkout Page.
2) Find your preferred UNIQLO store for your payment location and select [Pay In Store].
3) Select [Checkout] on the following screen.
4) Present the barcode that appears after order placement to the cashier at your selected store and pay via credit card.
Can I Cancel a Pay-in-Store Order?
Pay-in-Store orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed at a UNIQLO store.
Can I let my Pay-in-Store Click & Collect expire in-store?
We highly suggest our customers pick up their Click & Collect orders if using the Pay-in-Store service once the order arrives in-store. If you accidentally let your Pay-in-Store Click & Collect expire it will return to the fulfillment center however Pay-in-Store purchases can not be refunded at the warehouse as they can only be refunded in-store, please contact Customer Service for further assistance if come across this issue.
Can I Pick Up My Order Directly After Payment?
Pay-in-Store orders, including Click & Collect orders, are shipped from fulfillment centers and should arrive at your address or desired store location within 3-5 business days.
How Can I Return My Pay-in-Store Purchase?
All returns for Pay-In-Store orders must be brought and processed at the same store you made your payment. Make sure you bring your Return Form with you! If you require a new return form, please contact our Customer Service Team.
