Why was my order cancelled?




Reasons why your order was cancelled:
  • Technical issue
Our website undergoes regular maintenance, but it can happen that your order was placed in the middle of a website update and got stuck on "pending" status. We are doing our best to mitigate this IT issue as fast as possible, but it can happen that by the time it is resolved, the inventory in your order is no longer available and we are not able to fulfill it.
  • Inventory
Thank you for shopping with Uniqlo, we know you love our products! The company works hard to have enough inventory of your favourite items, unfortunately the stock update is not instantly reflected on our website after checkout. If multiple customers order the same item within a very short time frame, the website does not have time to reflect the accurate inventory. Do not worry, an email will be sent to inform you of this cancellation, so you can make a new order.
  • Delivery address
Your house number or street address is missing from your address provided.
Your address is a PO box (Our delivery partner does not ship to PO box) if it is not a PO box address but you have added the notion "PO box" please delete this information from your address as it will automatically be cancelled.
  • Payment
Fraud prevention restrictions, we reserve the right to review and deny any order that may not comply with payment, billing, shipping or inventory requirements
Please check that your card details are entered exactly as they appear on the payment card, including your full name, CVV number, card number and your billing address as provided to your credit card issuer
