At this time, we are only able to process refunds to credit cards used at the time of purchase (original form of payment). If your card was lost or stolen, please contact your bank for further details regarding refund transactions.
Please contact us at wecare@uniqlo.ca and we will do our very best to find a solution. We cannot guarantee that refunds will be processed and received by your bank/credit card issuer if your card is no longer valid for whatever reason.
Should your refund be processed, we cannot reissue funds.
