What Happens When The Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Can't Locate My Package?

Applicable Only to Uniqlo Canada

Our carrier will leave your package at the location you requested at the time of your checkout, but keep in mind it can take up to 3 days from the declared delivery date for the package to arrive. 

If the carriers tracking status shows the package as 'Delivered' but it cannot be located after 3 days, please be sure to check thoroughly around your location for the package or a delivery slip with a holding address for where you can pick up your package. Ask your neighbours and security if they have collected the package on your behalf.

Packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return. We cannot reship packages that are returned to our warehouse.

Please also allow 3 business days for your package to be delivered. Only after this point will the customer service team be able to request an investigation to locate your items from the carrier.

If the associated tracking number shows a photo of the delivered package, Uniqlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to Porch Piracy. Please check out our FAQ for more details: "Porch Piracy: What do I do if my package is stolen upon delivery?"
