Will the Coupon Affect the Refund?

Uniqlo Canada Coupon Policy

Coupon amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they have NO CASH value. This means, if you apply a coupon to your order, the value amount will automatically be deducted from your first return.

Orders placed primarily with coupons cannot be returned for refund. If the coupon used is more than the amount spent or the cost of the item(s) being returned, no refund will be issued. Customers can only exchange items by bringing items to store locations in Canada.

If the original order was returned and you would like to reorder another size, we cannot reissue the coupon code or deduct the discount from your new order.

Please be sure to check coupon details before purchasing or returning items.
