Q. About Order Status

To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in our UNIQLO website/ UNIQLO App. 

UNIQLO website
Once login, click the [HUMAN] icon on the top banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY]. 

UNIQLO App
You may click [MEMBERSHIP] on the bottom banner and choose [ORDER HISTORY]. 

Home delivery
We are using Fedex courier for home delivery and you may track the parcel delivery status www.fedex.com in the next working day once receive the tracking number (We will email you your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.)

*Please note that UNIQLO cannot control delivery times as they are directly established by FedEx Canada. Any delays in delivery after a package has been picked up from our warehouse are a direct result of FedEx Canada's operations.

Store pick up
Click & Collect online order will deliver to our store from warehouse. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in [ORDER HISTORY] will update as [Ready for pickup].
