Q. Will I lose my coupon if I create a new account?

Yes, if you delete your membership and create a new one, any coupon associated with that account will no longer be visible or valid.

Please contact our customer service team at wecare@uniqlo.ca before you delete your membership. If the coupon is still valid, we may be able to recover it and help transfer it to your new account. Please be sure to contact us at least 7 business days before the coupon expires.
