Can Altered Items be Returned for Refund or Exchange?

Altered items from online and in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. All altered items are considered final sales.

If you are unhappy with the results, you may request that your item be altered again in-store.

If you feel there was an issue with the alteration please email the customer service team and attach in your email the alteration card and the pictures of the pants (inseam alongside a measuring tape).
