Can Altered Items be Returned for Refund or Exchange?
Uniqlo Canada - Alter Item Return Policy
Altered items from online and in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. All altered items are considered final sales.
If you are unhappy with the results, you may request that your item be altered again in-store (can not be sent by mail).
If you feel there was an issue with your alteration made online please email the customer service team and attach in your email the alteration card and the pictures of the pants (inseam alongside a measuring tape).
