Altered items from online and in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. All altered items are considered final sale.
If you are unhappy with the results, you may request that your item be altered again in store.
If you feel there was an issue with the alteration please email the customer service team and attach in your email the alteration card + the pictures of the pants (inseam alongside a measuring tape).
