How To Reset Your Password

Uniqlo Canada - Password Reset

Simply use the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the LOGIN page. You will be prompted to enter your email address used to register your UNIQLO account.

Shortly after, an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. Please note, the link will expire in 30 minutes upon receipt.

Password must be 8 – 20 letters, and contain both letters and numbers, please be sure to use the following symbols - _ . @ as well.

Customers struggling to reset password in Google Chrome are recommended to try a different browser such as, Firefox or Safari an in incognito mode.

For security reasons we are unable to access or modify your password.
