What To Do If An Item Is Damaged?

Maintaining the highest standard of quality in our products and services is very important to us. 

If you believe that you have a faulty or damaged online item, please contact us at wecare@uniqlo.ca so that we can assist you more efficiently. 

In your email, please provide the following information in order for us to properly assess the issue:
1. Your order number
2. The item code (beginning 2000) found on the product tag
3. An image of the defect or damage
4. If the item has been washed; how was it washed

Our team will open an investigation and get back to you as soon as possible.

The item must be within 30 calendar days from the date received.
For in-store purchases, please visit your nearest Uniqlo store to speak to a staff member regarding the defective/damaged item.

For items found to be damaged or faulty, our team will send you a return label to ship the product back to our warehouse for investigation. Once the item has been received at our warehouse and processed, you will be refunded the full amount for the cost of the item. No return shipping fee will be deducted.
