Can Online Orders Be Exchanged?

We are unable to process exchanges for online orders at this time. When you return your parcel to our warehouse, your item will be processed as an automatic return, given the return card is provided.

Should you wish to have the item in another size or colour, you can either place a new order OR you can take the item(s), in their original condition, to a Canadian store location along with your receipt and original method of payment for an exchange.

Please note, Items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
