In-Store Purchases
Your item must be in original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unopened) and within 30 calendar days of purchase. Store purchases, excluding "Pay-In-Store" orders, can be returned at any Uniqlo Canada Store location. Check the bottom of your receipt for more details about our In-Store Return Policy.

In-store return attempts that fall outside of our policy will not be accepted. Store purchases cannot be shipped to our warehouse for a refund, they can only be returned to store.

Pay In-Store Purchases
Click here for details on how to return your "Pay In-Store" order. Please note, customers who have chosen to use the "Pay In-Store" payment option will be required to return the items to the same store where purchased

Click & Collect and Online Orders: 
Items purchased online, including Click & Collect, must be mailed back to our warehouse.

Please allow sufficient time for your package to be returned to our warehouse. Packages must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date the package was originally delivered. Refunds are processed daily. However, it can take up to 14 calendar days to process a refund.

After your returned items have been received and processed, the total value of the items will be refunded, excluding any delivery charge and the return shipping fee of $9.90+tax. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. It may take 3 - 5 business days before funds are reflected in your account depending on your bank/credit card issuer.

Want to use your own Return Shipping Label or Carrier?
Customers may pay out of pocket to ship with their chosen carrier instead of using a Uniqlo prepaid label, in which case the $9.90+tax fee will not be deducted from their return. Please ensure that you receive a receipt with tracking information, which you should retain until you receive your refund. We do not refund lost return packages shipped with non-UNIQLO-provided labels. Please use the address below to ship back your items:
