Items purchased online must be mailed back to our warehouse. Packages brought directly to our warehouse location will not be accepted or processed.
Customers can create their own Return Shipping Label by following the instructions on our FAQ page. Please use the following address for all returns:

If, for some reason you ship your return without using the provided shipping label, please ensure that you receive a receipt with tracking information, which you should retain until you receive your refund. We do not refund lost return packages shipped within non-UNIQLO provided labels.
The warehouse do not send back return items.
Please allow sufficient time for your package to be returned to our warehouse. Packages must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date the package was originally delivered. Refunds are processed daily. However it can take up to 14 business days to process a refund.
After your returned items have been received and processed, the refund of the amount you paid for the goods will be refunded, excluding any delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. It may take 3 - 5 business days before funds are reflected in your account depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
Please keep in mind that the entire return/refund process may take up to 14 calendar days from arrival in warehouse to refund depending on volume.
