Q. What Happens When Incorrect Delivery Address is Provided?

Uniqlo Canada - Change Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we cannot intercept packages once dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact FedEx Canada with your tracking information immediately to note any changes to your delivery. 

Packages picked up and shipped with incorrect shipping details are typically shipped back to our warehouse in 'Return to Sender'. These packages are then processed as a return/refund.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find your package before it is processed for return in order to ship it back to you. And once processed, a new order will need to be placed.
