Do I Need To Sign For My Package?




Applicable Only to Uniqlo Canada

There is no signature required for any Uniqlo Canada orders. Once your package has been delivered to your specified address or brought to your nearest post office location, the chosen carrier should add photo proof of delivery. Please ensure you agree to the terms and conditions before placing your order. 

Our chosen carrier has the right to deliver your parcel to a safe location (unexposed both to public view and the weather elements). Should your parcel be delivered to a safe location and you cannot locate it, please use your tracking information to find where it has been delivered or contact us and we will be happy to help.

Effective December 1st, 2022, our carriers will be providing photos of delivered packages. If the associated tracking number shows a photo of the delivered package, Uniqlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to Porch Piracy.
