How Do I Know My Order Is Being Processed?

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and will provide your order number. This information will also be available in your UNIQLO account if you have registered with us.

Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your order has been processed.

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your order history to be updated in your account. If you still do not see your order details in your account, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you as quickly as we can.
