The original receipt is required to return all merchandise bought in Uniqlo stores.
Please read the Uniqlo Canada Return and Exchange Policy below carefully before returning any items from your order.
I purchased using a Uniqlo Gift Card, can I get a refund?
Merchandise purchased with a Uniqlo Gift Card can be returned or exchanged. The refund will be issued on a NEW Uniqlo Gift Card that can be used on your next in-store purchase. Already used Uniqlo Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
Can my in-store purchase be returned to the warehouse?
Merchandise purchased at a store cannot be refunded online and should not be sent to our warehouse. The warehouse will not send back returned items. You have 30 days from the purchase date (found on your store receipt) to return or exchange items purchased in-store to store locations.
How long will it take to get a refund for my online order?
Refunds are reviewed daily, however it can take up to 14 calendar days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse to process the refund.
