Click here to check out our Extended Holiday Return and Exchange Policy!  All eligible products purchased from October 30th 2023 - December 13th, 2023 can be returned to the warehouse or exchanged in stores until January 14th, 2024. Regular return terms & conditions apply.

The original receipt is required to return all merchandise bought in Uniqlo stores.

Can my in-store purchase be returned to the warehouse?
Merchandise purchased at a store cannot be refunded online and should not be sent to our warehouse. The warehouse will not send back returned items. You have 30 days from the purchase date (found on your store receipt) to return or exchange items purchased in-store to store locations. 

How long will it take to get a refund for my online order?
Refunds are reviewed daily, however it can take up to 14 calendar days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse to process the refund.
