What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your UNIQLO online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is FREE of charge.

How does it work?
Go to UNIQLO.ca and start shopping. Choose the Free Click & Collect option at checkout. Pick-up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via email once your package arrives in the store.

How do I pick up my order?
1) You will first receive an order confirmation email once you complete your order- but don’t head to the store yet!
2) You will receive a second email informing you that your order is on its way to your preferred store.
3) And finally, you will receive a third email when your order is ready to pick up.
4) Have your order confirmation number and a valid government-issued photo ID ready to show the cashier when picking up your order. 

Can someone else pick-up my order from the store?
Yes, you or your authorized representative would just need to present the Ready for Pick Up Email containing the QR Code associated with the order when collecting your order from the store.

What happens if I do not pick-up my order?
If you do not pick up your order within 14 calendar days, your order will be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Note that this can take up to 28 days.

How do I return my order?
You will have to send back your package to the warehouse, please click here to check the return policy before sending back your order. If you need instructions on how to return the package to the warehouse check this linkYou cannot return your Click & Collect order for a refund in-store.

How can I exchange my items?
You can only exchange online orders in store as we do not have an online exchange option. You will need to bring your return form (include it in your package with the packing list). If the item you wanted to exchange is no longer available in another size or colour you can exchange it for items of an equivalent or higher value (please note, you will need to pay the price difference if the item is of a higher value). Unfortunately, we do not have a store credit option.

How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
You may cancel any online order within 30 minutes from when it was made. However, Customer Service can not cancel Click & Collect orders after the 30-minute mark. If you wish to not pick up your Click & Collect package you may wait till you received the email for pick-up and call or visit the Uniqlo store you've selected and let them know you wish to return the package. Online returns can take up to 14 days.
