Q. How do I request a new Return Shipping Label?

Please follow the below instructions:
1. Click the link:  Return Shipping Label
2. Complete the required fields with your personal information
3. Complete the required fields with your shipping information. Please carefully enter your complete Order Number (beginning with '17') in the space under Purchase Order. Your Order Number can be found on your Return Form, on your Invoice or in your Membership account.
4. For Package Weight, please insert 3 and select Lbs. Not to worry, packages are properly weighed at our carrier's HUB.
5. Select the most relevant Reason Code from the drop down menu provided.
6. Review the summary of your shipment. Be sure that all information is entered correctly. You can go back to make changes up to this point.
7. After you click Confirm, you will see both the instructions for how to ship your package back to our warehouse and a list of drop off locations closest to the address you've entered for your shipment.
8. Click Print to get the PDF version of the label you will need to ship your package. You can download or email the label if needed as well.
9. Take note of your Tracking Number. You can track your package back to our warehouse. *Without the tracking number, our Customer Service Team will not be able to tack your order.

Refunds are processed daily. However it can take up to 14 business days to process a refund.
