UNIQLO Canada Thank you Festival- Gift with Purchase  

By participating in the 2026 Thank you Festival Gift with Purchase Offer (5/21-5/24), customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions below.  

Terms & Conditions 

1. Offer Details 

1.1 The offer begins on Thursday, May 21, during store opening hours and ends on Sunday, May 24, 2026. This offer is available at all stores and is available online at UNIQLO.ca. While Supplies Last.  

1.2 The offer is applicable to all items in order to meet the $99 (Before-tax) minimum cost. The offer for each store will end once all Lunch bags have been given out for that location. 

1.3 The free Insulated Lunch Bag must be redeemed at the designatedGift with Purchase or  Redemption counter within the UNIQLO store the eligible purchase was made. No Lunch bags shall be redeemed at the cash checkout counter. If the Lunch bag is not processed properly at the GWP Redemption Counter by a UNIQLO Staff member, it will be considered stolen merchandise. 

1.4 Once the free Insulated Lunch Bag has been redeemed, no returns or exchanges are permitted. Please confirm at the Redemption counter you have received your desired bag before you leave the UNIQLO Canada store.

1.6 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to deliver the free lunch bag if they deem that the terms and conditions have not been met. 

2. Order Exchange and Return Policy  

2.1 Regular return and exchange policy applies. Please find details at HERE 

2.2 If any items from the original purchase are returned, resulting in the total falling below $99 (pre-tax), the free Lunch bag must also be returned in its original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered in its original packaging).  

2.3 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to process the exchange or return if they deem that the conditions have not been met.  

3. Governing Law 

3.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
