RE.UNIQLO Studio Items (Repairs, Embroidery, Upcycled Collection) 

At our RE.UNIQLO Studio, we’re pursuing a new future for clothes. Enjoy your LifeWear fully, freely, and for longer. Currently, we offer the following at RE.UNIQLO Studio: 
 

• Repair Service: Minor repairs (stitching, patching, taping, or button replacement) on select UNIQLO items. 

• Embroidery Service: Customize your pre-owned or new UNIQLO products with our Embroidery Service.  

• Upcycled Collection: Created by expert upcyclers, unsellable items are transformed into stylish, one-of-a-kind pieces available for purchase.  

1. Can I return or exchange my repaired item after the repair service has been processed?  
   
   No, any item that has been worn, altered, repaired, washed, are not eligible for return or exchange.  

2. Can I return or exchange my item after the embroidery service has been processed?
   
   No, products that have undergone the Embroidery Service are not eligible for return or exchange. Please consult with our staff when picking up the item. 

3. Can I return or exchange an Upcycled Collection item after purchase?  
   
   No, Upcycled pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
