What is the minimum spend required to receive a free Packable Duffle Bag?
Customers must spend $120 before tax in-store or online to qualify for the gift. *While supplies last
The only exception is at UNIQLO Mayfair Mall, where customers need to spend $99 before tax in-store.
Spend $120 before tax, after any coupon deduction, and excluding shipping fees, to receive your free gift.
Please note that customers using the Pickup Today service are not eligible.
Can I combine multiple receipts to qualify for the gift?
Yes, you can combine receipts as long as the purchases are made on the same day and at the same store.
Which stores are participating in this offer?
This offer is available at all UNIQLO stores and online, while supplies last. Customers who use Click & Collect or Pay in-store options can also receive the gift if the purchase meets the requirements.
What happens if I return an item and my total falls below the minimum spend?
If your return causes the total to drop below $120 before tax, the duffle bag must also be returned in its original condition: new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Should I add the FREE price to my cart/order?
You don't have to add the item to your cart, and it won't be added automatically. You have a chance to receive the item as long as you purchase $120 or more (before taxes and shipping) while supplies last. *This gift item will not appear in your purchase history.
How will I know if I'm eligible to receive a free gift with purchase?
You won't know if you've won the free prize until you receive your order.
Can I use a coupon and still receive the free gift with the purchase item?
You may use a coupon with your order. However, please note that if the order value falls below $120 before tax and shipping, you will not receive the Gift with Purchase item.
For example:
- If your order value (before tax and shipping) is $120 and you use a $10 off coupon, your order total will fall to $110. You will not be able to receive the free gift.
- However, if your order total is $130 and you use a $10 off coupon, your total will fall to $120. This will allow your order to be qualified to receive the free Gift with Purchase item.
Can I get 2 novelties if I purchase $240 CA before tax?
No, the limit is one gift per purchase.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in the 2025 Thank You Event Gift with Purchase Offer (11/20–11/23), customers agree to the following terms and conditions below:
1.1 The offer begins on November 20, 2025, during store opening hours and ends on November 23, 2025. This offer is available at all stores and is available online at UNIQLO.ca. *While Supplies Last.
1.2 The offer is applicable to all items in order to meet the $120 (before tax) minimum cost. The offer for each store will end once all duffle bags have been given out for that location.
1.3 The free Packable Duffle Bag must be redeemed at the designated GWP Redemption counter within the UNIQLO store the eligible purchase was made. No duffle bags shall be redeemed at the cash checkout counter. If the duffle bag is not processed properly at the GWP Redemption Counter by a UNIQLO Staff member, it will be considered stolen merchandise.
1.4 Once the free Packable Duffle Bag has been redeemed, no returns or exchanges are permitted. Please confirm at the GWP Redemption counter you have received your desired bag before you leave the UNIQLO Canada store.

2.2 If any items from the original purchase are returned, resulting in the total falling below $120 (pre-tax), the free duffle bag must also be returned in its original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered in its original packaging).
2.3 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to process the exchange or return if they deem that the conditions have not been met.
