If you have paid by "Pay-in-Store", the refund can only be processed by the store you made the payment.

Refund Process
1. Your item will be first transferred to carrier (FedEx/CanadaPost), then delivered to our Warehouse.
2. Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.
3. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed
4. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

*Refund processing time is counted from the date you have received the refund confirmation email after your return is being processed.

■ Refunds are always sent to the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
■ Refunds for gift card payments will be returned to the same gift card. Please keep your card, as we cannot refund to a different method.
■ Any Shipping fees or Alterations fees are not refundable.
■ The $9.90 Return Shipping Fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the full refund amount for the use of the UNIQLO Prepaid Return Label.
■ Coupons have no cash value and cannot be refunded. If you return part of your order, the coupon amount will be applied proportionally to the items you keep and the items you return. Your refund will reflect the portion of the coupon discount applied to the returned item(s).

Q. The tracking shows that UNIQLO has already received my return parcel, why has my refund not been processed yet?
A. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we will process your return within 14 calendar days. You will receive an automated email notification when we have processed the return.
