When is the last day I can place an order for it to arrive by Christmas?

Though we cannot guarantee, we recommend that you complete all of your holiday shopping purchases by December 13th 11:59pm EST for the best chance at receiving them on time. Orders are delivered by FedEx or Canada Post depending on your province and postal code.

Please note, orders are shipped with standard shipping. Additional shipping options for home delivery are currently not available.

Do you have an extended Return Policy for the holiday season?

Yes! We have extended our regular return policy to accommodate customers this holiday season.

IN STORE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 30th 2025 - December 24th, 2025 can be returned or exchanged in stores until January 31st, 2026. Regular return terms & conditions apply.

ONLINE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 30th 2025 - December 24th, 2025 can be returned by mail (check carrier details) to the warehouse or exchanged in stores until January 31st, 2026. Regular return terms & conditions apply.

Eligible products purchased from December 25th 2025 onwards will follow the regular 30 day return policy. For more information regarding our regular return policy, please check out this link: "What is your Returns Policy?"

Can I pickup my order from a store?

Yes! You can select the Click & Collect option during your online checkout. This can often help speed up your shipment if you are in a hurry! We have also launched a "Pick-Up Today!" service available in select stores.

What are the store hours of operation?

Store hours of operation can be found on our "Store Locator" function on our Canadian site! Be sure to check store hours before heading to stores


Can I use Pay-in-Store during the holiday season?

Yes! Our Pay-in-Store option will be available during business hours as usual.

You MUST complete your payment within 60 minutes of submitting your order
- Items are NOT reserved beyond the 60 min time frame.
- You can make your payment at our Self Check-Out kiosks
- Your order will be shipped from our fulfillment centers after payment and order have been processed

Is there a delay if my order has an altered item?

Customers ordering altered items can expect a 3 - 5 business day delay with their order during this holiday season. If you need to alter an item in a rush, please order early or visit one of our store locations for faster service.

Altered items are final sale and cannot be returned in store or online for a refund. For more information about altered items, check out our FAQ "Can Altered Items be Returned for Refund or Exchange?"


Do you offer Gift Wrapping services?

At this time, stores do not offer a gift wrapping service. Gift boxes may be purchased online and in store. Please note, gift box size availability will vary based on store.
