Pre-orders are only available through the online store.
Available payment methods, receipt methods, and other services may vary depending on your order status, so please check the following before placing your order.

  • Pre-orders are only available through UNIQLO Canada website or APP.
  • Pre-ordered items can be ordered together with regular items.
  • Available payment methods, delivery methods, and other services may vary depending on your order type.
  • Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
  • If we determine that the purchase is for resale purposes, we will not accept the return of the purchased item.
  • If you violate the UNIQLO Website Terms and Conditions, your order will be cancelled.
  • Since you pay the price at the time of ordering, we will not charge or refund the difference if the price changes after you place your order. Even if the selling price has changed between the time of your order and the time of delivery, we cannot accept cancellations due to price changes.

[When ordering both pre-order items and regular items]

If you order both pre-order and regular items, the shipping timing of the items will differ depending on the arrival time of the ordered items, so we will deliver the items separately as soon as they are ready. The available delivery options and payment methods are as follows. (If expedited shipping is available)

Problem Completing Your Purchase?
If you're having trouble checking out, especially with pre-order items, it's likely due to a conflict with certain options in your cart. Please review the following potential issues and solutions:
  • Coupons: If you've selected "Ship individually when ready," coupons cannot be applied. Either remove the coupon or create separate orders for items you want to use the coupon. Please note that the coupon may not be applied if it does not meet the coupon requirements. 
  • Gift Options: The gift option service is currently unavailable.
  • In-Store Pickup Cart Total is Less Than $99 before shipping fee and tax: If you're choosing in-store pickup and your order includes items with different arrival dates, the combined total must be $99 or more to proceed. Here's what you can do:
    • Separate In-Store Pickup Orders: Place separate orders for pre-order items and regular items, acknowledging they have different arrival dates. You'll still receive free shipping if you select in-store pickup. 
    • Delivery to Address: Choose to have your order shipped to a designated address instead. You can combine items with different arrival dates, regardless of the total. Please note you will be charged a shipping fee.
  • Cart Total $99 or More (Multiple Items, Different Arrival Dates): When buying multiple items with varying arrival dates and the total is $99 or more, you must select the following:
    • Delivery Option: Select a ship to address (not Ship to store).
    • Payment Option: Select a Credit card

 

To correct your order and proceed:

  1. Select one item in your cart and begin the checkout process.
  2. In the "Delivery Option" section, click "Change."
  3. Choose “Ship to address.”
  4. Select your Payment Option.
  5. Choose a "Credit card"
  6. Return to the product page and add any other desired products to your cart, ensuring the correct delivery and payment options are selected.

 

Changing or cancelling your order
[Changes or Cancelling an Order]

We cannot accept changes or cancellations online for pre-orders after 30 minutes of order placement.
If you would like to cancel your pre-order after 30 minutes, please call customer service to assist you. Please note that cancellations are not possible after orders have shipped.
If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of order placement, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel your order.
