Q. How do I enter the UNIQLO CANADA JAPAN TRIP SWEEPSTAKES?  
Please only select one of the two methods. There is only 1 entry allowed per customer and additional entries will not increase your chances of winning. No purchase is necessary.   

Method 1: Download the Uniqlo app and create an account to be automatically entered in the giveaway. It’s that easy!  

Method 2: If you already have the Uniqlo app or do not want to download the Uniqlo app, you may enter with your email via this [form]

Q. Will I receive confirmation that I have been successfully entered into the giveaway? 
No, you will not receive confirmation that you have successfully entered the giveaway. However, UNIQLO is tracking all entries in the system. Although you will not receive a notification, we can guarantee that our systems have entered you into the sweepstakes for a chance to win by using either of the entry methods. 

Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?  
One (1) winner will be selected by UNIQLO CANADA and contacted between November 11, 2025, and November 17, 2025, 2025.   

The winner will be notified by either app push notification or email depending on the entry method. The winner will need to fill out a secure Microsoft form sent through the app push or email and fill out with relevant information including proof of age, Canadian Residential Status, Name, Contact number, Email, and Permanent Address.  

To receive a Prize, the winner must also sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability and publicity release (together, “Winner Paperwork”) to Sponsor within seven (7) days of prize notification.   

Q. What is the prize?  
2 round trip tickets from the Canada to Tokyo, Japan along with $10,000 CAD to book accommodations, meals, activities and more on your dream vacation. For more details, please review the Terms & Conditions.   

Q. What if I win the Giveaway but do not want the prize?  
Please inform UNIQLO Canada customer service.  

Q. Do I have to enable push notifications for the UNIQLO app?  
Although not required, it is highly recommended to have app push notifications and email notifications enabled so you are easily notified of your win. If Uniqlo does not receive a response from the winner within 7 days of prize notification, the prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be selected following the same cadence.
