 HOW TO USE

  • HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?

    To use your UNIQLO gift card as a form of payment on your online order follow the steps below: 
    1. Add products to your cart on UNIQLO.com
    2. Head to the "CHECKOUT" page
    3. Click "GIFT CARD" underneath Coupon section and before the Payment Option section.
    4. Enter the full Gift Card Number and the PIN
    5.
    Click on "APPLY A GIFT CARD"
    6. 
    Choose "APPLY ALL" or "INPUT AMOUNT" to specify how much of your gift card you want to use for your order.
    5. When you click the "CONTINUE" button, the specified amount will be deducted from your order total.


     
  • HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD IN-STORE?

    [For Staff Friendly Cashier]

    Please present the Gift Card to the associate at the cash register.
    If the physical gift card is not present, you can also provide them with the Gift Card Numbers and PIN, if you have them available.

    [For Self Checkout Station]
    Select Gift Card on the screen, then scan the gift card barcode at the self-checkout counter or ask an associate for help.

 WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

  • CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

    You can now purchase UNIQLO e-gift cards that are available immediately! 
    Gift them in the following two options: 
    1. Send the digital gift card directly to the recipient's email address.
    2. Send the digital gift card to your own email instead of the recipient's, for you to print and hand deliver.

    Yes! You can purchase a physical gift card at any of our UNIQLO Store locations.

  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?

    To check the balance of your UNIQLO Gift Card, you may use the following options:
    [Online]
    Visit our online gift card balance checker.
    Just enter your 16-digit gift card number and PIN, and select 'Check Balance.'

    [In Stores]
    Visit any UNIQLO store location, scan the gift card at the self-checkout counter, or ask an associate for help.
  • CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT WITH A GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD?

    Yes! Gift cards can now be used as a payment option on their own or in conjunction with another payment method (such as a Credit Card, PayPal, or using the Pay In-Store feature. Gift cards cannot be combined with Klarna).

  • I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD IN-STORE BUT THE BALANCE SHOWS $0

    We kindly ask that you return to the store location with your original receipt and the credit card that was used to make the purchase. One of our store associates will further investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
