1. How do I enter the giveaway?
To enter, simply download the new UNIQLO Canada app and complete the entry form [insert form link here] with your email and Membership ID.

2. Where can I download the new UNIQLO Canada app?
You can download it from the [App Store] or [Google Play Store]. Make sure you’re downloading the new app, as our old app is no longer operational.

3. How do I find my Membership ID?
After downloading the app, log in or create an account. You’ll find your Membership ID on the membership page in the app.

4. Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
No purchase is necessary. Simply download the app and complete the form to be entered into the giveaway.

5. When does the contest end?
The giveaway closes on August 31st at 11:59 PM EST. Entries after this time will not be considered.

6. How will winners be selected?
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

7. How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will receive a digital gift card by email using the email address provided in the entry form. Please double-check your email before submitting.

8. What if I entered the wrong email?
Unfortunately, we can only send the gift card to the email provided in your entry. We recommend verifying your email before submitting the form.

9. Can I enter more than once?
No. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

10. I’m having trouble with the app—what should I do?
If you’re having issues with the new app, try deleting and reinstalling it. Still having trouble? Contact our customer service team at wecare@uniqlo.ca.

11. Who is eligible to enter?
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.

12. What are the prizes?
We’re giving away a total of 1,000 UNIQLO Canada gift cards in the following amounts:
• 5 x $500
• 10 x $250
• 30 x $100
• 850 x $20

13. When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be contacted via email before September 29 2025.

14. I didn’t receive my gift card—what should I do?
If you were notified as a winner and haven’t received your gift card within 7 days, please reach out to our customer service team with your entry details.
