Important information regarding your UNIQLO membership
Please check before important account updates during and after the new website and APP launch below.
[IMPORTANT] UNIQLO Account Password Reset Notification (starting July 30, 2025*)
When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our system. You may keep the existing password or choose a new, stronger password.
Steps to reset password (July 30 onwards)
5. You will then get redirected to a page to confirm you've successfully changed you password.
6. Click on UNIQLO HOME or go to the log-in page and try logging in again with your email and updated password. You should successfully be able to log in to your account.
Membership access during site maintenance (July 29-30, 2025)
During the site closure period, you can still access your membership barcode to scan while making purchases at the Uniqlo Canada Store locations. During this time, the maintenance screen will display the membership barcode as shown below. However, other customer information, including coupons, will not be available for use until the site reopens on June 30, 2025*.
New UNIQLO APP Download (Starting August 1st, 2025*)
After the release of the APP, customers can download a NEW UNIQLO APP by clicking the link provided on the CURRENT UNIQLO APP. Alternatively, you can also download the NEW APP by visiting the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android) after the launch.

Unsupported characters in your name and registered addresses
After July 29, 2025, you won't be able to use your name and addresses if they contain any unsupported characters or emojis before updating your information. Please see below a list of supported characters for each membership field.

If any of these fields contains characters other than those mentioned above, customer needs to update the information first before proceeding to place an order. For example... Last Name: Smith& is not valid as it contains an unsupported character '&'. Hence, before making the purchase, the '&' sign needs to be removed from the last name.
Products saved to your wishlist before July 29, 2025
With new features, any products saved in your wishlist saved before July 29, 2025, will be removed automatically. You may create a new wishlist after the site re-opens on July 30, 2025*.
After the site relaunch, you will also be able to add products by size to your wishlist in addition to choosing products and colors.
Order History for the order placed before July 29, 2025
From July 30, 2025, customers can access order information regarding the orders placed during the last 24 months through the ORDER HISTORY page. Please note, orders passed 24 months will no longer be available.
