UNIQLO CF Toronto Eaton Centre Renovation
Your UNIQLO CF Toronto Eaton Centre store will be under construction from April 21 to September 18, 2025, and will remain open during this period. We are working to ensure a seamless shopping experience for everyone and we can’t wait to show you our new look this fall. Join us in celebration at the reopening for limited offers, treats and more! Q: Will there be any impacts to my shopping experience?
A: During construction, some parts of the store will be closed but we will work to make your shopping experience at UNIQLO as seamless as possible. Product selection and services would remain the same, please feel free to reach out to store associates to locate any items. Elevator access will be limited while the escalator would still be in operation. Customers with accessibility needs please reach out to store associates for assistance. Waiting times at check out and changing rooms may be longer than usual, we appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
Q: Will I still be able to access the 2nd floor?
A: Yes, you will be able to access the 2nd floor by using the escalators. However, please note that the elevator will be out of service from April 21 to June 1st and from August 11 to September 18. Whenever needed, please let our associates know if you are unable to use the escalators and they will do their best to accommodate your shopping experience. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to accommodate your shopping experience. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Q: Will I be able to shop the full flagship selection?
A: Yes, you will still be able to find the full flagship line-up in the Toronto Eaton Centre store.
Q: Will I still be able to try on clothes?
A: Yes, fitting rooms are available. Depending on the renovation schedule, 1/F or 2/F fitting rooms may be closed and wait times will be longer than usual due to reduced capacity. We appreciate your understanding and support during this period. Store associates will do their best to accommodate customers who are not able to use the escalators.
Q: Will click & collect services be impacted?
A: Click & collect services will be available. Please refer to UNIQLO.ca for latest service update announcements and feel free to contact wecare@uniqlo.ca if you have any questions.
Q: Will the Repair Studio and UTme! services be still available?
A: Yes. Embroidery and Repair services from Repair Studio, UTme! customization services will be available at the store during the renovation period during the construction.
Q: Will return and exchange services be impacted?
A: Return and Exchanges will continuously be accepted. However, there will be closures of either 1F or 2F cash at different periods during the renovation. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will do our best to keep your shopping experience smooth.
