For other payment methods
Submit a return request from your purchase history and send back the items with the required documents.
Once the warehouse confirms your returned items, we will process your refund. [Click here for Refund Details]

2. Register items for return
Select the order and items you wish to return from your purchase history. After completing the request, you will receive a return label via email (allow up to 24 hours).
You can also download the return label from the website once you submit the return form under your purchase history.
If you change your mind and wish to add or remove products before shipping, we recommend canceling the previous request and applying again with the updated products and using the new return label to return your products. For more details, please click here.

3. Pack the return items, then drop off at the nearest carrier location
Pack items securely and drop off at the nearest FedEx or CanadaPost location, depending on the label you received.
- Print Label: Attach the printed return label to your return parcel.
- Ensure that your parcel is scanned at the carrier locations and keep a note of the return tracking#.
Important Notes
- Items without a return request cannot be accepted.
- Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Underwear, swimwear, masks, and personalised items cannot be returned.
- Altered products are not eligible for return. If you still return them, we won't be able to refund you.
A return fee $9.90 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund. Return fee is per return package.
*If you send items using our prepaid label, but no fault is found on our part, the equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Q. Can I return items that I purchased online but exchanged in-store?
A. Unfortunately, all items that are being returned must match the original details of your order. Items that are exchanged in-store forfeit the ability to be returned, as the exchanged items are now considered FINAL SALE.

Q. Can I send in a return and exchange at the same time?
A. Yes! You are able to send both at once, and the warehouse will be able to handle the separate requests. Please be sure that when filling out the Exchange and Return request, the items that are being exchanged and returned are reported correctly in your form.

Q. Can I return an item at the store?
A. No, returns are not accepted in stores even though it is a store pick-up order. Exchanges only. [Click here for Online Orders Exchange Details].
Pay-in-store orders can be returned at the UNIQLO Canada store locations.

Q. Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
A. If you need to return multiple orders at once, you must print a return label for every order being sent back. (3 orders sent back = 3 return labels generated). Place one label on the outside of the box and every other return label inside the parcel. You will only be charged ONE Return fee.

Q. What happens to my refund if I used a coupon?
A. If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be reissued. Q. I have not received the shipping label in the email.
A. Please allow up to 24 hours and check spam/junk folders. It can also be downloaded from your purchase history under order return details.
