What is the standard processing time for all orders?

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends.
Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.

What is the processing time for online orders with alterations?

Orders with pant alterations will take an additional 3-7 business days from the estimated delivery time frame.

Which carriers do you use?

At this time, our carriers are FedEx, FleetOptics and Canada Post.

Please note that carriers are automatically selected based on the delivery address and delivery method.

What is the shipping timeframe for orders going to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut? 

Orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, with standard shipping may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.

Do you ship to PO box addresses?

No, currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. You will be required to enter a valid street address, including unit# and buzzer code if applicable.

Please do not mention PO BOX in your address. Otherwise, your order may be cancelled automatically.

Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?
