Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?


Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address, delivery method, or delivery date. 

However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with correct details, within 30 minutes of placing your order.
※ Orders paid via “Pay in Store” cannot be cancelled. 
※ Our Customer Service team is unable to cancel orders on your behalf. 
※ Item may be out of stock when reordering

Important Notes
 
  • Updating your address in your account does not change the shipping address for existing orders. 
  • You can check your order status in your [Purchase History]. Even if you do not receive an email, your order will proceed as long as it appears in your history.
  • Shipment-related emails are sent to the email address used at the time of order. If you change your email address afterward, notifications will not be sent to the new address. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot intercept packages once dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our agent by clicking here, we can try to intercept the package and ship back to our warehouse for full refund. However, it is not guaranteed since it depends on the delivery status.
