Refunds are calculated based on the price after the multi-buy discount. The discount amount is prorated across items in the offer.
Please refer to the example below as your reference:
- Item A: Original Unit Price: $5 per product, Multibuy Offer: $13 for 3 pcs
- Order Total: $13
- Multibuy Applied Unit Price: $13/3 = $4.33
If you return 1pc, refund amount = $13 - ($4.33*2) = $13 - $8.67 = $4.33

Q. I have only been partially refunded. When will I receive the rest of my refund?
A. Please check the deduction criteria listed above, as your return may have been subject to these.
Additionally, if you returned items from another order within the same parcel without a return label included, this may have resulted in a significant delay in processing and an incorrect refund.
Please also note that refunds are often processed in multiple batches. This means the total refund amount may be split across several transactions, so you might see only part of the refund initially. It can take a few additional days for the full refund to be reflected in your account. Please be assured that the remaining amount is on its way. -
