Store Purchases | Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased In-stores can be returned to any UNIQLO store location for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, items must be new, unused, and unwashed with tags attached.
CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED 30 days passed from the purchase date The product is damaged or stained (this includes animal, hair, other fibers, dust etc.) Not in the original selling condition (no tags, packaging, buttons, etc.) Hemmed or altered products Has been worn and/or washed
- Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened; tags must still be attached to the item.
- Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
- Alteration fees are non-refundable.
*Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.
*Returns for Online orders will not be accepted at stores and can only be exchanged at stores.
If you are looking to exchange your item for a any other product(s) available at the store, you may go to any UNIQLO store within Canada within the 30-days exchange window.
30 days exchange window starts from ship date for online order. store receipt date for purchases in the store.
Please note, that you must provide the original receipt, and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange.
Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where the purchase was made.
UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
