We are sorry to hear that an item you have purchased from us may be faulty!
We kindly ask that you visit your local UNIQLO Canada store so that our friendly staff can physically assess your item for any manufacturing faults.
Please ensure to bring a physical copy of the receipt or E-receipt available on your UNIQLO Canada account (only available if you scanned your membership while checkout), so that the team can verify your purchase.

- If the defect is not caused by UNIQLO, we will handle it according to our Return & Exchange policy.

Reminder: The item must be within 30 calendar days from the order ship date.
If you choose to email us, please make sure to include below details:
1. Your order number
2. The item code (beginning 2000) found on the product tag
3. An image of the defective or Incorrect product(s)
4. If the item has been washed, how was it washed
