By participating in the HEATTECH Day offer, customers agree to abide by the below terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details
1.1 The offer begins on October 12, 2024, from store opening hours. This offer is only available at select stores and is not available at our online store UNIQLO.ca.
1.2 Limited quantities of HEATTECH jerseys are available at each location. The offer for each store will end once all HEATTECH jerseys have been redeemed for that location.
1.3 Customers are eligible for ONE (1) free HEATTECH Jersey per person per order of $75 or more pre-tax.
1.4 Depending on free HEATTECH jersey availability, customers may be able to choose their preferred gender and size. Customers would only be able to choose from the remaining available free HEATTECH jerseys.
1.5 Once the free HEATTECH jersey has been redeemed, no returns and exchanges are permitted. Please confirm you have received your desired HEATTECH jersey before you leave the UNIQLO Canada store.

1.7 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to deliver the free HEATTECH jersey if they deem that the terms and conditions have not been met.

2. Order Exchange and Return Policy

2.2 If any items from the original purchase are returned, resulting in the total falling below $75 (pre-tax), the free HEATTECH Jersey must also be returned in its original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered in its original packaging).
2.3 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to process the exchange or return if they deem that the conditions have not been met.

3.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
