How to View My Purchase History?

To view your online order purchase history, please click the button below (please log in).
 


You can also access the purchase history, by clicking [MEMBERSHIP Icon] ➡ [Purchase History]

From your Purchase History page, you can manage the following activities:

  • Track your online order and check the latest status.
  • Cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it (Changes or cancellations are not possible after 30 minutes.)
  • View your invoice once the order has shipped.
  • Apply for a return or exchange once your order has been delivered.
  • View your store E‑receipt when you scanned your membership and selected the E‑receipt option at checkout.

  • How to view an Order Invoice?

    Your order invoice becomes available once the order has been shipped.
    The invoice includes item details, prices, quantities, tax information, and your payment and billing details.
    Invoices are not available for orders that are cancelled, not yet shipped, or fully returned.
    To view your invoice, simply click the [VIEW INVOICE] button next to the order you want to download an invoice for.

  • How Do I Access My Store Purchase E‑receipt?

    IMPORTANT
    Customers can only access their E-receipt if they scanned their membership and select E-receipt option at the store checkout. For more details on E-receipts, [CLICK HERE]

  • How to cancel/modify my online order?

    IMPORTANT
    Modifications are not possible once your order has been placed.
    You can cancel an online order within 30 minutes of placing it from your Purchase History. If the CANCEL button doesn’t appear, the order has already started processing and can’t be canceled online.
    If you no longer want the items, please wait until the order arrives and then submit a return according to our Return Policy.

     

    Steps to Cancel Order (within 30 minutes)

    Sign in to your UNIQLO account.
    Go to [MEMBERSHIP] ➡ [Purchase History].
    Click [CANCEL] next to the order you want to cancel.
    In the prompt, select [CANCEL THIS ORDER] to confirm.
    You’ll see an on‑screen confirmation, and a cancellation email will follow shortly.

    If the CANCEL button does not appear, the order has started processing and cannot be canceled online.
    We do not charge customer before shipping the order. If you notice a pending authorization after canceling, it should drop off within 3–5 business days (timing can vary by bank).

  • How to Start an Online Return Request?

    You can start a return or exchange from your [Purchase History] once the order shows as Delivered. 
    Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date; after this window, returns and exchanges aren’t permitted and the buttons will no longer appear.
