Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Policy 2025-2026
In-Store Purchases
- Eligible items bought Oct 30, 2025 – Dec 24, 2025 can be returned or exchanged in-store until Jan 31, 2026.
- Regular return & exchange terms apply.
Online Purchases
- Eligible orders shipped between Oct 30, 2025 – Dec 24, 2025 can be returned to the warehouse until Jan 31, 2026.
- Regular return & exchange terms apply.
After December 24, 2025: The regular 30-day return policy applies.

🛑 Exceptions
Items sold at discounted prices due to defects are final sale.
Store Purchase Return & Exchanges (with or without gift receipts)
Exchanges with Gift Receipts:
- Exchange for equal or greater value.
- If a greater value, the customer pays the difference.
- Items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached.
Exchanges without Receipts:
Allowed if:
- Item is in original condition/packaging.
- The item is from the current season.
- Exchange value = current selling price or higher.
Gift Card Purchases:
- Merchandise purchased with a Uniqlo Gift Card can be returned or exchanged.
- The refund can be issued to the same or a NEW Uniqlo Gift Card (no cash or credit card refund).
A gift card or e-gift card cannot be refunded once purchased.
Store Purchase Returns:
- Store purchases must be refunded in-store (including orders with the Pay-in-Store payment option)
- A physical or E-receipt is required. (no returns with gift receipts)
- Cannot be sent to our warehouse
Online Orders Return & Exchanges
Exchange for online purchases
- Exchanges can be done online for the same product in a different color or size through the UNIQLO account used for the purchase.
- Exchanges can also be done in-store for any other product available at the store of equal or greater value.
If greater value, customer pays the difference.
- An online invoice is required for exchanges in-store.
Return for online purchases
- Returns can only be processed online for the same product through the UNIQLO account used for the purchase.
- Online orders, including Click & Collect and Pick-Up Today, cannot be returned in-store.
- Online orders with the Pay-in-Store payment option can be returned at the store.
Gift Card Purchases
- Refunds for online purchases made with a gift card will be issued to the same Uniqlo Gift Card used for the purchase.
Gift cards or e-gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
