Q: What is the novelty’s distribution date?

A: The novelty will be distributed on Friday November 29, 2024 and Saturday November 30, 2024 only, while supplies last. We advise you to make your order/purchase early in the morning to increase your chance of receiving the novelty.  

Q: At which Uniqlo Stores will the HEATTECH Beanie Gift with Purchase be available? 

A: The HEATTECH Beanie Gift with Purchase will be available at all UNIQLO Canada locations. 

Q: Do I have to add the FREE novelty to my cart/order? 

A: You do not need to add the item and it will not be automatically added to your cart.

You will have a chance to receive the item as long as your order is over $75+ and it is placed while supplies last.

*The item will not show up in the order history.

Q: How will I know if I am receiving the FREE HEATTECH Beanie Gift with Purchase?

A: You won’t be able to see if you receive the novelty before you receive your order. 

Q: Can I use a coupon and still receive the free gift with the purchase item?

A: You may use a coupon with your order. However, please note that if the order value falls below $75 before tax and shipping, you will not receive the Gift with Purchase item. 

For example: 

- If your order value (before tax and shipping) is $75 and you use a $10 off coupon, your order total will fall to $65. You will not be able to receive the free gift.

- However, if your order total is $85 and you use a $10 off coupon, your total will fall to $75. This will allow your order to be qualified to receive the free Gift with Purchase item.

Q : What happens if the HEATTECH Beanie is damaged?

A: In the event of a damaged HEATTECH Beanie, let the UNIQLO staff members know. You will receive a new HEATTECH Beanie (depending on the stock). If you notice it after leaving the store, please bring back the damaged HEATTECH Beanie.

Q: Can I combine multiple receipts to get the novelty? 

A: Yes. If it is the same day and the same store. 

Q: Can I get 2 novelties if I purchase $150 CA before tax? 

A: No, the limit is one novelty per receipt.

Q: Can I get a novelty if I purchase a $75 CAD gift card? 

A: No. Purchases must be merchandise. 

Q: Can I get a novelty at the store if I purchase over $75 CAD through pay in store?

A: No, novelty will be delivered along with these orders while stocks last. 

Q: Do I have to return my beanie when I return my whole purchase?

A: Yes, you will have to return the gift along with your returning merchandise. 

Q: Can I receive a novelty if I make an online order over $75 CAD? 

A: Yes, you will be able to receive the novelty with an online order.
