Extended Holiday Return & Exchange Policy 2023/2024


IN STORE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 31st 2024 - December 15th, 2024 can be returned or exchanged in stores until January 15th, 2025. Regular return terms & conditions apply.

ONLINE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 31st 2024 - December 15th, 2024 can be returned to the warehouse or exchanged in stores until January 15th, 2025. Regular return terms & conditions apply.

Eligible products purchased from December 16th 2025 onwards will follow the regular 30 day return policy. For more information regarding our regular return policy, please check out this link: "What is your Returns Policy?"


Exceptions to the Return Policy
Any items sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale. For more information please check out our FAQ "What Items are not Returnable?"


Exchanges (With and Without Receipts)

Exchanges with Store Gift Receipts
Customers may exchange the items for an equal or greater value of the original amount paid when the item was purchased. If the exchange is greater value, additional payment will be required.

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, Uniqlo stores do not offer store credit at this time. Items can only be exchanged in store. Items must be in
original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for exchange.

Exchanges without Receipts:
For purchases without an original receipt or gift receipt (whether purchased in store or online), the items can be exchanged in store if the below conditions are met:

- Items must be in its original condition /package
- Items are purchased in the current season
- Items can only be exchanged for an amount equal to, or greater than the current selling price in store.
 

I purchased using a Uniqlo Gift Card, can I get a refund?
Merchandise purchased with a Uniqlo Gift Card can be returned or exchanged. The refund will be issued on a NEW Uniqlo Gift Card that can be used on your next in-store purchase. Already used Uniqlo Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.



Returns (Gifts)

Store Purchases: Must be refunded in store and cannot be sent to our warehouse (including Pay-In-Store orders)
Online Purchases: Cannot be refunded in Store and must be sent to our warehouse (including Click & Collect orders)
*Click & Collect orders that were paid for at store checkout must be refunded in store.


Online Returns with Return Form:
Items purchased online at any time may be returned within 30 days with the completed Return Form which is included in your package upon arrival.
Refunds are only applied to the original method of payment. Please read our Returns Policy before mailing your package back to our warehouse.
Refunds are processed daily, but it can take up to 14 business days.


Gift Returns from Online Orders:

Beginning October 31st 2024 and ending December 15th, 2024, if you are the recipient of a gift item from an online purchase and wish to return the item(s) to our warehouse, you must have the Return Form and include it in your package.

Each order will include this form upon arrival. If the purchaser did not provide you with this form, please contact our customer service team here

We cannot process refunds of items returned without the original order information so please contact the purchaser for the order details before mailing your return(s). The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

The Return Fee ($9.90 + tax) will be deducted directly from the refund; maximum once per order. Items must comply with our Returns Policy.
