How Do I Exchange an Item Purchased Online?
At this time we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse.
However, you may visit your nearest UNIQLO Canada store to arrange an exchange for items in your online order. See details below:
1. You may exchange this for a different item that is available at the store
2. Return your items via postal mail to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size or colour
2. Any opened packaged items (all sealed items by paper packaging or plastic packaging)
3. Items that have been sent to alteration
4. Items that have been washed or used
5. Items without price tags/care tags attached to the item
6. Items sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale
If you are unable to visit a UNIQLO store to process an exchange, please return your items via postal mail to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size or colour.

- Exchange validity is within 30 days after the delivery date.
- Please bring all the documents with you (return form & Packing slip). If no return form or receipt, unfortunately your exchange request will be denied.
- Please note that all merchandise must be in its original selling condition (unworn, unwashed) and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
- Exchanges are accepted at the store staff's discretion and decisions are final.
- Exchanges must be of equal or greater value (with additional payment).
- If exchanging a Limited Offer item for a different size or colour, stores will honour the Limited Offer price (even if the Limited Offer period is over).
